This visa is tailored for educated and experienced professionals seeking to work and reside in Portugal. Applicants must have a higher education diploma, a job offer from a Portuguese employer, and earn a salary at least 1.5 times the national average.

To qualify, candidates must have a diploma of higher education with an apostille stamp, hold a position in a Portuguese company that matches their education, and receive a salary of at least €2,000 per month.

The D3 visa allows highly qualified specialists to enter Portugal, provided they have a job offer or have signed a work contract with a Portuguese employer. This visa grants the right to obtain a two-year residence permit.
